Essential Job Responsibilities:

Position Purpose
You'll play a key role in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development — all within a structured, nurturing, and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities
👉Supervise and support children at all times, maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment
👉Implement daily schedules including group activities, skill development, meals, and transitions
👉Encourage exploration, problem-solving, and socialization through open-ended, engaging activities
👉Support dual-language learners with English language acquisition
👉Follow the center's adopted curriculum, adapting activities to meet individual children's needs
👉Collaborate with families, colleagues, and support staff to ensure each child thrives
👉Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant state and agency requirements
What We're Looking For
👉Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field with equivalent coursework) preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
